Sweetened powder product for HOT CHOCOLATE IN A CUP

Flavours: Cocoa, White Chocolate.

Preparation: Dissolve the contents of
a packet in 4 litres of hot partially skimmed
long- life milk. Pour it into a small saucepan
and leave it to cook on high for
approximately 5 minutes.
The temperature should be maintained at 75/80 degrees.
